Diving back in

It has been so so long since I was consciously trying to lose weight and live a healthy life style. Yesterday, however, I started at a new gym, it is beautiful and it really gives me the push I needed to get back at this. Im going for my fitness consultation today and then we will go from there :) Very Exciting

Days 1-2 gluten free

Not bad, not bad. Its seeming to be pretty easy for me to cut out gluten, since I don’t normally eat bread or much pasta. Its the stuff you don’t think about having gluten in it thats the kicker, like salad dressing! Sneaky sneaky gluten, trying to be in my salad! Not this time!! I’ve got gluten free salad dressing! muhahahahaha

So apparently around 17 months ago I started a myfitnesspal account… I don’t remember doing this but I guess I did lol. Anyway, just decided I wanted to start using it (again?) If anyone wants to add me please do :) My username is Somewhere13

Ran my fastest mile just now, 9.36 minutes :) not bad for just starting and only being able to do a 15 minute mile a month ago :) I know its not that fast but I’m happy!

Gluten Free

Soooo my doctor/naturopath has told me that I need to try living gluten free for a month. I’ve done it before and it wasnt that bad but I think I am going to try and keep track of my not so gluten intake on here just to keep myself motivated :) Does anyone else on here eat a gluten free diet? If so, any nifty recipes or brands you use?
