I have been so absent from my blog the past few days, I am trying to finish off my first semester of my program in Fitness and Wellness Promotion and it is taking everything I have for 8 hours a day. This is my third attempt at post secondary school and I don’t think I have ever worked this hard. I guess I really want this one. I am doing this to become a personal trainer so that I can help people the ways that my pt helped me. I just feel bad for not posting anything lately. Anyway, I will be back, on and off for the next 2 weeks then hopefully full time for a while <3 Still losing weight and working towards my goals. Fitspo all the way, this blog is one of the best motivators I have ever had.
Living in the country definitely has its advantages :) First snowshoe of the season with my papo :)
Too much snow to go running outside this morning, so I hit the treadmill. Normally I would still run outside but the plow trucks haden’t gone by yet when I was ready to run :( oh well!! The is no time for sad faces when there is soooo much snooowwww!!!! :D

Sometimes it’s the small things that matter. January’s size 18 jeans to my current size 8 jeans. Hard work and good habits will get you results. As somewhat embarrassing this is I am proud of my accomplishment :)

Shavasana is my absolute favourite part of yoga
Everyone always focuses on the inversions and intense poses but shavasana is so important. I look forward to shavasana at the end of my yoga flow everyday. It is such a relaxing time that brings my day so much peace. <3 I just really wanted everyone to know how much I love Shavasana
