Strep…

Hey you fitspo lovers! I have a question. I have been sick with strep throat for about 3 weeks. First the doctor gave me penicillin and that cleared it up but then after my prescription ran out it cam right back. So then the doctor prescribed some other antibiotics but they are making me crazy nauseous. So I guess my question is, what do you guys do to stay on track when you get sick?? I’ve been eating healthy but I’m wondering if you all still work out when you are sick and nauseous???

  1. mission5k answered: Working out when your sick can actually be helpful. They say ” sick above the waist..work out. Sick below the waist…don’t work out”.
